Duties
- Engage in outbound calling to clients and potential customers, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and ensure all client interactions are documented.
- Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize computer systems effectively to manage client information and streamline processes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Strong outbound calling experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in computer use, including data entry and analysis software.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
