Responsibilities
- Responding to all incoming messaging from potential clients via email and social media platforms.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to effectively validate inbound leads through scheduling / taking discovery calls online.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team in line with the criteria provided.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments using our company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving appointment generation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and following up with leads.
- Continuously refine communication techniques based on feedback and results.
Experience
- One year experience in sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with business development practices and negotiation tactics.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads and appointments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
