Overview


We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Benefits Specialists to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle various inquiries effectively.

  • Next training class starts Monday, May 19th.
  • Training Hours are M-F 9 AM MST-4 PM MST *Check your time zone*
  • MUST be able to work afternoon/evening and weekend shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, and benefits.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers with prescription processing, account management, and troubleshooting pharmacy issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on process knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
  • Accurately document and update records in required systems
  • Meet Expectations and Standards · (Attendance, Contact Center Metrics, Private Remote Workspace Requirements, reliable internet)
  • Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; additional multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing customer accounts.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
