ADP List is on the hunt for a Creator in Residence, a digital storyteller extraordinaire who can transform ideas into irresistible content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and the podcast sphere. This isn't just another internship – it's a 6-month journey into the heart of content creation, where your creativity will shape the voice of a rapidly growing platform.

That's what awaits you as our Creator in Residence. You'll be the alchemist in our digital lab, turning the ordinary into the extraordinary, one post, video, and episode at a time.
Key responsibilities
- Create short-form videos (15-60 seconds) for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Create longer-form content for YouTube and assist in podcast production
- Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies aligned with ADP List's brand
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in creating attention-grabbing videos under 60 seconds
- Understanding of viral trends and challenges on Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Ability to create seamless transitions and use popular effects
- Ability to repurpose content across platforms (e.g., turning podcast clips into short-form videos)
- Understanding of each platform's analytics to inform content decisions
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
