Duties

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the database.
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer support experiences.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Experience with outbound calling is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer interactions effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
