JOB DESCRIPTION


Almodovar Group, LLC is seeking a Marketing Assistant to help drive awareness and interest in our consulting services by supporting internal outreach and engagement workflows. This role is non-client-facing and focused on initiating meaningful interactions with business owners to generate qualified discovery calls.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn to identify and connect with business owners based on provided criteria
  • Send personalized voice notes and follow-ups using a structured outreach process
  • Engage with targeted content through likes, comments, and shares to increase visibility
  • Track and report all outreach, responses, and follow-up activity in internal systems
  • Collaborate with the internal team using Slack, Trello, and provided online forms
  • Monitor engagement patterns and notify team of potential leads or high-value interactions

Ideal Candidate:

  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional communication and engagement
  • Clear, confident speaking voice and reliable use of voice notes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Proactive, consistent, and responsive to feedback
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

Compensation:

  • Contract (1099)
  • $25/hour
  • Pay bi-weekly via direct deposit
