Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance regarding their services.
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Utilize office management software for scheduling, documentation, and communication purposes.
- Assist with medical coding and billing processes as needed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
Experience
- Strong background in office management practices, including front desk operations and patient interaction.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members alike.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.54 - $35.30 per hour
