Information Discovery Services LLC (IDS) seeks a dedicated Data Entry Coordinator to support our contracts. This remote position offers flexibility and allows candidates to work from any location; there are no residency restrictions for this role.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Data Entry Coordinator is key in ensuring the efficient processing of case documents submitted by IDS customers. This position involves reviewing case materials, verifying the completeness of required information, and accurately entering data into the IDS Case Access & Assignment System. The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for managing various cases while maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review applicants' application paperwork, including National Security forms SF85, SF85P, and other related forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with applicants and clients to request missing or additional information.
- Assess and scope applicants' paperwork for appropriate case coverage, generating items to be scheduled for field staff.
- Conduct telephone interviews with sources and record providers, documenting relevant information thoroughly.
- Order screening packages (SP) according to specific client requirements and instructions.
- Review completed screening reports for compliance with FCRA guidelines and upload finalized screening packages to the customer.
- Resolve returned cases with quality deficiencies promptly, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; additional education or certifications in a related field are a plus.
- Basic understanding of data entry practices or office procedures preferred; prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications, including word processing software, spreadsheets, and basic database navigation.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to various software tools or data management systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training to develop key competencies for the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
