About Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing Marketing Automation team. This role will primarily support manual lead processing and data entry tasks to assist the broader Automation team with the execution and quality assurance of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and manual lead processing tasks within our current CRM systems.
- Support data QA, transfers, and sync operations across multiple marketing platforms.
- Assist in maintaining data hygiene and consistency to support effective campaign execution.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Automation team to ensure seamless support for Marketo campaigns.
- Help troubleshoot sync issues and support CRM and marketing tech integrations.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in data processing, entry, and basic analytics, ideally within web and marketing environments.
- Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with QA processes and maintaining data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
