Experience
- Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills with a focus on client services
- Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to understand and address customer needs
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
- Familiarity with sales processes is advantageous
