Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Analyze customer issues to identify trends and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Assist with sales inquiries and support the sales team by providing necessary information to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in office software applications and familiarity with computerized systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
