We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Remote Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, follow-up phone calls, estimate follow-ups, and general office support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
A laptop and VOIP phone will be provided for daily operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules for team members and customers ensuring all meetings, appointments, and deadlines are organized and prioritized.
- Perform accurate data entry and update systems as required.
- Make follow-up phone calls to clients and vendors for estimates, confirmations, or project updates.
- Respond to emails and general inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain office files, documents, and records with confidentiality and precision.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
