Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining data integrity which includes reviewing verification reports for complete and accurate records. Resolve discrepancies by researching and/or communicating with appropriate staff.
  • Facilitate data governance by supporting assigned data owners as needed.
  • Conduct data cleanup through online searches for information on contacts and organizations in the focused ultrasound research and clinical community. Review final entry results with appropriate scientific staff.
  • Create/modify Salesforce reports.
  • Create and/or edit documentation, if needed.
  • Data entry support into Salesforce CRM database of backlogged contacts

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of data entry/validation experience; Salesforce a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master of Library Science or similar degree strongly preferred. Graduate or professional degree with life sciences will be strongly considered.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
