We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Product Support professional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through solutions.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate records of cash handling activities.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and track interactions in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base effectively.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying potential upsell opportunities during customer interactions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience with outbound calling is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader audience.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
