Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Interviewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews to gather valuable insights and data for various research projects. Duties
- Conduct interviews with participants to collect qualitative data based on project requirements.
- Utilize effective questioning techniques to elicit detailed responses and insights.
- Record responses accurately and ensure data integrity throughout the interview process.
- Collaborate with team members to develop interview guides and methodologies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in data collection.
- Provide feedback on interview processes and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Assist in market research initiatives by gathering relevant information from participants.
- Perform data entry tasks related to collected information, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse populations.
- Strong market research skills to understand industry trends and participant demographics.
- Proficient in data collection techniques, particularly qualitative research interviewing methods.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette for telemarketing purposes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in data entry, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in recording responses.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with interviewees and facilitate open dialogue.
