Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in fulfilling marketing requests, supporting field sales efforts, and ensuring our Loan Officers have everything they need to market themselves effectively, especially in the digital space.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, create content, and provide hands-on support for our sales professionals. If you're highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and love collaborating with sales teams, this role is for you!

Essential Functions

- Field Marketing Support – Partner directly with Loan Officers to fulfill marketing requests, provide branding guidance, and serve as a trusted resource for building their local presence, especially on social platforms.
- Collaborative Team Support – Contribute to Corporate Marketing team initiatives, attend trainings, and maintain positive, solution-oriented interactions across teams and departments.
- Social Media & Personal Branding Support – Provide strategic guidance on best practices for social, help optimize LO profiles, and support them in building content that reflects their voice and attracts their audience. Stay current on social trends and platform shifts to ensure relevance.
- Content Creation – Assist in producing social-first graphics, email campaigns, videos, and digital marketing assets using branded templates and tools like Canva.
- Marketing Requests Management – Serve as the go-to for inbound marketing needs, ensuring high-quality, timely support that adds value and elevates our field’s visibility.
- Event & Campaign Coordination – Help Loan Officers activate their brand through local events, open houses, co-branded initiatives, and community engagement.
- Compliance & Branding Oversight – Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Platform & Tool Training – Support adoption of marketing tools and automation platforms, helping LOs streamline their efforts and scale their visibility.
- AI & Technology Proficiency – Embrace emerging tools (including AI) to enhance content creation, boost efficiency, and keep our strategies forward-thinking.
Required Skills/ Abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate marketing strategy into practical and actionable support.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Self-starter who is resourceful, curious, and eager to stay ahead of digital trends.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, personal branding, and social media content creation.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position does not have direct reports.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, or account management required; preferably in the lending, financial services, creative agency, or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Canva and CRM platforms like Total Expert is a plus.
Physical Demands/ Environment
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
