Requirements

  • You must own your own computer (Apple or Windows). Both desktop and laptop are acceptable. A minimum of 16GB of RAM is preferred for optimal performance.
  • A reliable USB headset is required for clear communication.
  • High-speed internet is necessary for smooth online operations. This can be either Wi-Fi or hard-wired.
  • A webcam is required for training. You will be required to have camera on for the duration of training.
  • You must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure a professional and focused working environment.
