Gold Fein, LLC offers different claims positions to allow you to gain valuable knowledge and skills without requiring previous industry experience.
What You Will Do
Areas of contribution may include, but are not limited to:
- Handle high inbound call volume while navigating multiple systems at a time
- Professionally communicate to assist and educate customers throughout the claim process, and de-escalate as needed
- Use problem solving and critical thinking to assist customers efficiently and effectively
- Maintain adaptability, flexibility, and an eagerness to learn
- Contribute to a collaborative, high volume, fast-paced environment
- Meet and exceed expectations through being detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Requirements
- Work authorization in the United States and based in the US
- The selected candidate must successfully complete a background check, conducted in accordance with local law/regulations, before beginning work.
- Candidates must have their own computer/laptop with minimum specs of 8gb RAM, i5, 2.50 GHz, Windows 10 or higher, dual monitors, headset, high-speed internet, and a webcam
- Retail or restaurant experience preferred
