We’re seeking a high-performing Marketing Content & Campaign Specialist to join our fast-paced, high-demand marketing department. Responsibilities
- Design compelling, on-brand marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Plan, create, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
- Lead strategy and execution for social media campaigns with a data-driven approach
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including automation, drip campaigns, and segmentation strategies
- Ensure email best practices are followed and continuously optimized for performance
- Track and report on performance of email and social media campaigns
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements to campaign strategies
- Create and edit short-form videos to support marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals
- Accept feedback constructively and make changes efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Take ownership of work and demonstrate accountability for results
- Double-check all work for spelling, grammar, and formatting—attention to detail is non-negotiable
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong background in email marketing strategy, execution, and automation tools
- Deep understanding of email and social media analytics
- Excellent graphic design and visual storytelling skills
- Proven experience managing content calendars and campaign timelines
- Receptive to feedback and able to adapt quickly to evolving needs
- High attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and results-driven
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-focused marketing team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
