Position Summary
The Customer Support and Marketing Specialist will serve as the EDGI Restaurant division’s primary point of contact for franchisees, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring timely and exceptional service. This role combines customer support excellence with creative contributions to marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary liaison for franchisees and vendor inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Assist franchisees with problem resolution and general support.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to address franchisee issues, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records of franchisees and vendor interactions in the CRM system.
- Proactively gather guest feedback and share insights with the leadership team to improve processes and services.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate on creative marketing initiatives to drive new trial and guest growth
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns that enhance guest engagement and brand visibility.
- Contribute creative content including planning, scheduling, and posting of digital marketing and other guest-focused events.
Qualifications:
- Marketing and business experience in hospitality
- Marketing software (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Experience:
- 2+ years in a customer support, sales, and marketing role, in a restaurant field.
Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with a knack for contributing to marketing strategies and materials.
Performance Metrics:
- Increase guest traffic
- Guest satisfaction scores and resolution times.
