What will you be doing
- As an Enrollment Analyst is responsible for verification and management of member health plan enrollment. You will review and confirm care enrollment utilizing Health Plan Portal. The incumbent will review 834 enrollment rejection files to confirm eligibility.
What will you come with
- Review and confirm health care enrollment utilizing Availity and/or health plan portal.
- Perform enrollment updates relating to eligibility, plan selection and benefit selection.
- Review of 834 enrollment rejection files to confirm eligibility and make the necessary updates in the claim processing system.
- Review authorization rejection files and make necessary eligibility updates in the claims processing system.
- Ability to analyze and trend rejections by health plan and type.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement relating to eligibility loads.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year health care claim adjudication experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years health plan eligibility experience
- HRP experience preferred
