Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can effectively manage multiple priorities while providing excellent support to our team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines and coordinating deliverables
- Oversee social media accounts, create content, and engage with our audience
- Track metrics across various platforms and prepare performance reports
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Organize and maintain files in Google Drive
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems
- Social media management experience (platforms may include LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., TeamWork, Asana, Monday.com)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools

- Calendar management and scheduling experience
- Data entry accuracy and efficiency
- Experience with virtual meeting coordination (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Phone management and customer service skills
- Email management and organization techniques
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools

- Experience working with remote teams
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
