Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate the movement of goods between suppliers, warehouses, and customers.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and supply chain activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize processes.
- Support the implementation of supply chain strategies and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
