Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all file management activities, including filing, organizing, and retrieving physical and electronic documents
  • Create new files and update existing ones in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Sort incoming documents, such as invoices, contracts, and correspondence, into appropriate categories
  • Monitor and track file movements to ensure all documentation is accounted for
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and correct any potential inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the filing system
  • Support other departments by providing requested files in a timely and organized manner
  • Protect confidential information by adhering to strict security measures and protocols
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve file management processes and procedures


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a file clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of filing methods and systems
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 pounds
