Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records in our database.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or promotional purposes as needed.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and systems.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or client services role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and using various software applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
