Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, and written posts) tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor social media channels, track trends, and engage with followers to enhance our online presence.
  • Utilize social listening tools to analyze audience behavior and optimize content strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage content scheduling and posting using tools such as Hootsuite to ensure consistency.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Develop new business relationships with insurance and medical companies to drive partnerships and expansion opportunities.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite) for streamlined posting and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and its relationship to social media marketing.
  • Experience in photography and graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Ability to conduct effective social listening to understand audience sentiment and preferences.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Experience in business development and relationship management, particularly within the insurance and medical sectors, is a plus.
