Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information and provide actionable insights.
