Position: Marketing Associate
As a Marketing Associate, you will boost our online presence by designing graphics, managing social media content, and crafting engaging posts. You will also create eye-catching marketing materials and interact with our online community to promote our services.
Job Responsibilities:Social Media:
Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms, ensuring the promotion of our services to our target audiences. (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, X)
Create, post and schedule content across various social media platforms to promote our services and boost engagement. This includes interactive posts, stories, and reels.
Craft engaging copy for social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
Graphic Design & Organization:
Design eye-catching marketing materials for various projects using tools like Canva, ensuring they are visually appealing and effectively communicate the intended message.
Design content for social media, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, to support our marketing efforts.
Engagement & Research:
Monitor and respond to social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Foster meaningful interactions with our followers, new programs, and partners to cultivate an online community.
Share and repost relevant news and updates in the education sector on our social media platforms to keep our audience informed and engaged.
Implement strategies to grow our social media audience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
Experience with social media creation for educational institutions or organizations is a plus
Proven work experience with content creation/design software such as Canva or other
Proficient with social media platforms such as X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft and Google Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to effectively collaborate with team members
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits:
20 hours per week with opportunity to grow
Schedule: 5 days/week - 4 hrs/day (9:00am - 1:00pm PST)
$17.50-$19.50/hour DOE
Flexible to work remotely
