Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working with data entry, onboarding, and time & attendance management with familiarity with Workday. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can work independently while maintaining high accuracy in HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Manage pre-employment documentation, background checks, and compliance requirements.
  • Support employee transitions, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Accurately enter, maintain, and update employee records in Workday.
  • Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and reporting inconsistencies.

Time & Attendance Management:

  • Monitor employee time tracking and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies in timesheets or payroll-related issues.
  • Provide support to employees regarding timekeeping policies and system-related inquiries.

HR Operations & Support:

  • Assist with HR reporting, compliance tracking, and process improvements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of HR experience, familiarity with Workday.
  • Strong experience in data entry, onboarding, and time & attendance tracking.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations.
  • Previous experience supporting payroll or benefits administration.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract


Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
