Position Summary


We are seeking one or more Document Analysis Clerks to join our team. This role

will have the responsibility of handling, classifying, categorizing, labeling or titling

previously digitized documents, and maintaining them accurately in a filing

system. The position requires the employee to maintain confidentiality of

sensitive information while ensuring the accuracy and quality of digital records.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


This position includes the following responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned

to meet business needs.

  • • Handle a variety of documents and materials for digital archiving and
  • storage.
  • • Maintain an organized and efficient filing system pursuant to relevant work
  • instructions and document operating procedures.
  • • Analyze digital documents to ensure they are clear and legible.
  • • Identify and ensure the proper disposal of old and redundant documents.
  • • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all documents.
  • • Report any operational issues and provide status updates to leadership.
  • • Perform data entry tasks and basic clerical duties.

Qualification/ Requirements

  • • Computer literate with a working knowledge of PC File Manager, word
  • processing, spreadsheets, industry standard image file formats, and
  • database entry
  • • Detail-oriented, able to follow standard operating procedures
  • • Strong keyboard skills (70 WPM, 95% accuracy)
  • • Properly handle confidential information and records

Supervisory Responsibility

  • • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • • The position is a full-time position for the duration of the project, which is
  • currently expected to be for at least 6 months.
  • • The employee must be available and present for pre-determined 8 hour
  • shifts between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., M-F, and must work 37.5
  • hours each week to maintain full-time status.
  • • Some flexibility in hours is permitted. Part time employment may also be
  • considered if agreed upon in advance with management

Travel

  • • No travel requirements for this position

Education/Training/Experience

  • • High School Education or GED equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary


Pay: From $15.00 per hour
