Responsibilities:

  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of all clients' "Do Not Release" list and redaction requirements.
  • Guarantee flawless delivery of Release of Information (ROI) by ensuring compliance with requests, authorizations, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with processes and procedures, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor and uphold client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Work efficiently within the team to ensure smooth, timely, effective, and productive workflows.
  • Regularly communicate the status of site work to both clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to address issues quickly and escalate major issues to the Team Lead/Manager if necessary.
  • Assist with updating the processing protocol as required.
  • Abide by all company security policies during work activities.
  • Submit daily reports as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associates Degree or 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Quality-conscious, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving and organizational tasks.
  • Strong Data Entry Skills and proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both clients and co-workers.
  • Professional, dedicated, and dependable team player.
  • Limited travel may be required on an as-needed basis.
