Key Responsibilities:


  • Input data from various sources into our company database

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered

  • Identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies in the data

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

  • Keep track of data entry progress and report any issues to the supervisor

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

  • Continuously strive to improve data entry processes and procedures

  • Adhere to all data entry and company policies and procedures

  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Experience with database management is a plus

  • Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information
