* Answering large volume of calls
* Initiating outbound calls to clients regarding their accounts
* Develop thorough knowledge and understanding of the services offered to clients

* Excellent customer service skills required
* Proficiency with handling a high volume of calls required
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Clear telephone speaking voice, paired with excellent communication skills required
* All Candidates must pass a proficiency test
* Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail,
Multi-tasking is a must
*Must be reliable and punctual with great work ethic, Professionalism
