We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to lead our digital marketing efforts, content strategy, and community engagement. This role focuses on managing social media, developing marketing campaigns, and creating high-impact content to reinforce our brand in AI, data engineering, and enterprise solutions.
This is a fully remote role with the flexibility of part-time or contract-based employment.
Key Responsibilities Social Media & Brand Management
- Develop and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Twitter, and relevant digital platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, images, videos, and thought leadership content.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally.
- Collaborate with leadership to position the company as an industry authority in AI and data science.
Marketing Content & Strategy
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns targeting enterprise clients and tech professionals.
- Write and edit blog posts, case studies, email newsletters, and press releases.
- Research and implement SEO strategies to improve content visibility.
- Analyze social media and marketing performance metrics to refine content strategies.
Partnerships & Growth Initiatives
- Work with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Assist in promoting webinars, podcasts, and speaking engagements featuring leadership.
- Support partnerships with industry influencers, tech communities, and enterprise clients.
Event Promotion & Thought Leadership
- Assist in marketing industry conferences, networking events, and virtual webinars.
- Repurpose conference presentations, whitepapers, and technical insights into digestible marketing content.
Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Experience in technology, AI, or data-focused industries preferred.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Experience managing LinkedIn, Twitter, and B2B social media channels.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote startup environment.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and management
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proficiency in SEO and social listening techniques
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Hootsuite and Facebook Advertising
- Excellent content creation and graphic design abilities
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and web analytics tools
- Strong proofreading and branding skills
- Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies

Pay: $21.03 - $23.24 per hour
