Job Summary:


As a Data Entry/Filing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our data accuracy and filing systems. You will be responsible for entering and managing data, maintaining organized files, and ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accessible.


Must have strong organization and fast typing skills.


Compensation will be project-based and working hours negotiable during interview. This position will be for Saturdays.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Retrieve and compile data as needed for reports or inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of documents.
  • Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with any ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry, filing, or a similar administrative role.
  • Quick typing ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficient in Google Drive (Sheets, Docs).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

As a Data Entry/Filing Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into computer systems, maintaining files and records, and responding to inquiries. The ideal candidate will have previous office or administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in computer skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys working with data.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
