The Role
We are seeking a data entry specialist to assist us with data entry and simple analytical tasks. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
What You’ll Do
- Data entry (e.g., input student information in our system)
- Data analysis (understanding trends from a spreadsheet)
- Course content updates on our eLearning system
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail to ensure our students’ issues are resolved efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and identify improvement opportunities.
