Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and foster community engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for content creation.
Duties
- Develop, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite to support social media campaigns.
- Conduct research to identify trends and insights that inform content strategy and improve engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond in a timely manner to enhance customer relations.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice before publication.
- Assist in the development of advertising campaigns on social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and photography are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Google tools for analytics and reporting purposes is beneficial.
- A keen eye for detail with excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content delivery.
HubSpot Marketing Operations
- Oversee and manage HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub for campaign creation, automation, lead nurturing, and performance tracking.
- Segment and nurture leads via tailored email sequences and drip campaigns, ensuring consistent follow-up and high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales and Content teams to align inbound marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
