REPORTS TO: Director of Yourgi Marketing
PAY: $75,000 - $110,000 salary
CORE RESPONSIBILITES
Marketing Strategy & Execution for Yourgi
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Yourgi mobile app and rewards program to drive growth, customer engagement, and retention.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns that align with business goals, ensuring they deliver measurable results.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to build a robust social media presence and following for Yourgi.
Customer & Center Engagement
- Work closely with pet and vet centers to understand their product needs and identify opportunities to enhance the Yourgi offering.
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights, shape product strategy, and address engagement opportunities.
- Develop educational materials and campaigns to promote Yourgi adoption among center teams and customers.
Influencer and Sponsorship Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to drive awareness and engagement for the Yourgi brand.
- Explore and execute sponsorship marketing opportunities that align with the Yourgi brand and target audience.
Content & Creative Development
- Lead the creation of compelling marketing content and creative assets, including videos, blogs, and in-app communications, to increase customer engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with Yeorgi's brand voice and objectives while resonating with pet owners and veterinary customers.
Product Growth & Strategy
- Partner with product, operations, and customer experience teams to shape the product roadmap and prioritize features that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
- Use customer feedback, market trends, and performance data to make informed recommendations for product enhancements.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to app downloads, customer engagement, and retention.
- Regularly report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters is a plus.
4+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or brand management, with a strong focus on customer engagement.
Experience managing and marketing mobile apps, including app store optimization and user engagement strategies.

Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
Strong understanding of customer needs, with experience gathering and incorporating feedback into product strategy.
Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
