The Role:


As our new Web Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be the first line of connection for our customers, guiding them through inquiries and providing exceptional support on our cutting-edge sustainable solutions. You’ll be a problem-solver, educator, and customer advocate, all rolled into one. Your mission? To make sure every person who interacts with us feels heard, supported, and empowered to take the next step toward a greener world.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Be the Voice:
  • Engage with customers through live chat, providing fast, friendly, and clear responses to all their inquiries.
  • Help customers navigate our sustainable products and services, ensuring they feel confident in their choices.


  • Solve with Style:
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, offer creative solutions, and address concerns – all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.
  • Handle more complex issues by collaborating with internal teams and providing insightful feedback.


  • Record the Journey:
  • Document every customer interaction accurately, helping us refine our approach and improve the user experience.
  • Keep track of common questions or recurring themes to enhance future support and content.
  • Educate & Empower:
  • Dive deep into our products, ensuring you’re a walking encyclopedia of information on the latest in sustainable infrastructure.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying the environmental impact and long-term benefits of our solutions in a way that resonates with every customer.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Share valuable insights that could help shape future products and services.

Who You Are:

  • Experience:
  • You’ve got a knack for customer service (previous experience in web chat support is a plus, especially in tech, sustainability, or green industries).
  • You’re comfortable using web chat platforms and CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Skills:
  • Your written communication is clear, concise, and compassionate, making customers feel heard and understood.
  • You can juggle multiple conversations without missing a beat – multitasking is your superpower.
  • You’re a quick study, ready to learn new technologies and products to stay ahead of customer needs.
  • A passion for the planet and a deep interest in green infrastructure make you excited to answer questions about sustainability.

What You’ll Need:

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent); a college degree is a bonus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, web chat support, or a similar role.
  • A solid understanding (or willingness to learn) about the impact of sustainable infrastructure and green technologies.
  • The desire to help change the world, one chat at a time.
