Job Description: Do you have a knack for optimizing routes and data entry? Garage Flooring Pros is looking for a detail-oriented Routing and Data Entry Specialist to help optimize our consultants' routes and streamline our data processes. In this role, you'll work to ensure our consultants meet customer timeframes for in-person estimates, maintain accurate data, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
· Optimize routes for consultants to meet customer time frame requests for in-person estimates.
· Confirm or reschedule appointments via phone.
· Update appointment status and notify consultants.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in company databases.
· Provide excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in routing.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Proficiency in data entry and database management.
· Excellent organizational skills and team-oriented attitude.
· Previous routing or data entry experience is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
