Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of human resources practices, and proficiency in relevant software applications.


Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Support payroll processing by gathering necessary information and ensuring accuracy in data entry.
  • Utilize HRIS to manage employee data and generate reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and provide insights for HR strategies.
  • Proficiency in accounting software to support payroll and financial reporting tasks.
  • Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for accurate data entry.
  • Knowledge of governmental accounting principles as they relate to HR functions.
  • Familiarity with double entry bookkeeping practices is a plus.
  • Experience in human resources management, including recruitment and employee relations.
  • Understanding of tax regulations related to payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Previous experience as a clerk or administrative support within an HR department is advantageous.
  • Proficient use of HRIS systems for managing employee information effectively.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $23.69 - $25.33 per hour
