Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Entry level-Recruiter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong ability to multitask and have a strong recruiting background.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Have experience with recruiting materials and tools
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with talent acquisition by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Support talent management efforts by maintaining employee records and assisting with training development
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates for recruitment purposes
- Minor other office duties
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Data Entry and/or prior recruiting experience is always welcome!
- Bilingual is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes, including interviewing techniques
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
