Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- This position is required to meet or exceed established daily production goals.
- Reconciles active orders daily to track orders, follow up on past due orders, and orders requiring appointment dates.
- Communicates heavily by email and phone with the inspector panel for order updates and answer incoming questions.
- Provide updates and responds to inquires received from Groundworks clients across multiple systems of record escalating critical issues to management.
- Assign orders to vendor panel, per established guidelines
- Other duties as assigned, per business need.
Position Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment as well as working as a self-motivated individual performer.
- Must have general office skills such as data entry, telephone systems, organizational skills, and general knowledge of Windows-based computer programs (Word and Outlook).
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy is mandatory.
- Ability to work Remotely with little to no distractions.
- Standing Production Goals that are crucial to be met daily.
- BPO experience preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in Residential/ Mortgage industry
- Multitasking skills and attention to detail are essential to this position, as short turn times are critical to departmental success.
- Experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must be able to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline driven environment. Ability to work independently and as a team to achieve the goals of the organization.
