ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following responsibilities, but not limited to
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
- Preparing business correspondence, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Data entry
- Managing files
- Answering daily phone calls
- Performing multifaceted general office support
- Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
- Sending and receiving forms for the company
- Day-to-day operation matters
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality required.
- Ability to always be professional.
$19.00 – $22.00/hr
