This role is ideal for someone who understands the balance between organic social media growth and paid advertising, knows how to optimize content for engagement, and can run ad campaigns that drive conversions. Key Responsibilities


Social Media Optimization (SMO) – Enhance organic reach, engagement, and visibility on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and our Blog.Paid Advertising – Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads, and Google Ads.Conversion & ROI Optimization – Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ad performance and audience conversion.A/B Testing & Analytic – Monitor social media insights, ad spend, and conversion rates to refine strategies.


What We’re Looking For


Proven experience in social media management and advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and Blog SEO).Strong analytical mindset – ability to track KPIs and optimize for better results.Knowledge of A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and performance marketing. Experience with content strategy, engagement tactics, and influencer collaboration.


1. Degree (Formal Education - Optional but Preferred)

· Digital Marketing

· Marketing or Advertising

· Communications, Media, or Public Relations

· Business or E-commerce

· Data Analytics or Statistics (for ad performance tracking)

A degree is not always necessary if the candidate has strong hands-on experience and certifications.

2. Certifications (Highly Recommended)

These are essential for credibility and practical knowledge in ads management and social media optimization:

· Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Certified Media Buying Professional

· Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video, or Shopping Ads)

· HubSpot Content Marketing Certification

· Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification (or similar for social media management)

· SEMRush or Google Analytics Certification (for data-driven marketing insights)

3. Technical & Practical Skills (Must-Have)

· Paid Ads Management: Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads

· Social Media Strategy & Optimization: Engagement growth, brand positioning

· SEO for Social Media & Blogs: Keyword optimization, trend analysis

· Content Marketing & Copywriting: Ad creatives, video scripts, captions

· Data Analytics & A/B Testing: Conversion tracking, ad performance optimization

4. Experience (More Important Than a Degree)

· Hands-on experience managing ad campaigns with a proven ROI.

· Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement tactics.

· Ability to interpret KPIs, analytics reports, and conversion tracking.

· Experience in growing and managing online communities.
