Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with clients brand identity.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor analytics and track performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build community engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and musicians to enhance content quality.
  • Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and industry best practices to maximize social media impact.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Have experience in social media management (preferably in worship, entertainment, or event settings).
  • Are proficient in using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, or Hootsuite for content scheduling.
  • Possess strong copywriting and content creation skills for engaging captions and posts.
  • Have an eye for design and branding consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Are passionate about using social media to inspire, uplift, and grow communities.
