Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with clients brand identity.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor analytics and track performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build community engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and musicians to enhance content quality.
- Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and industry best practices to maximize social media impact.
Ideal Candidates:
- Have experience in social media management (preferably in worship, entertainment, or event settings).
- Are proficient in using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, or Hootsuite for content scheduling.
- Possess strong copywriting and content creation skills for engaging captions and posts.
- Have an eye for design and branding consistency across all digital platforms.
- Are passionate about using social media to inspire, uplift, and grow communities.
