About the Role:


Kendamil is seeking a Social Media Coordinator & Content Specialist to help expand our brand awareness and engage our audience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. This remote role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at both content ideation and execution. You will play a key role in growing our digital presence through original video content, creative copywriting, and trend-driven social strategies.

You’re a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and digital marketing. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have an eye for trends and viral content, and know how to translate brand messaging into engaging, scroll-stopping social media posts.

You also have strong video editing skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strategic approach to content planning. If you’re excited about growing a brand through compelling, high-quality content—while having the freedom to experiment and innovate—this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the monthly social media content calendar
  • Schedule and publish content manually and through our scheduling platform
  • Edit and enhance videos using CapCut, Instagram Reels Editor, TikTok tools, or similar software
  • Write compelling, on-brand social captions that encourage engagement
  • Curate and repurpose existing content into engaging, platform-specific formats
  • Develop fresh, innovative content ideas that align with brand voice and strategy
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and viral formats
  • Test new creative formats and engagement strategies to drive reach and conversions
  • Research and develop educational content to position Kendamil as a trusted parenting resource

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Creation, ideally within a consumer brand, baby brand, or nutrition brand
  • Proven ability to create and edit social-first video content (Reels, TikToks, UGC-style videos)
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, Instagram/TikTok native editors, or similar software
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging social captions
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Experience growing a brand’s social media following and engagement

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour


Expected hours: 40 per week
