As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. General Office Administration:
- Managing and organizing office files and records.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting with data entry and database management.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
2. Recruitment Support:
- Assisting in posting job openings on various job boards and platforms.
- Screening resumes and applications.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Communicating with potential candidates and providing information about the job and the company.
- Assisting in onboarding new agents and providing necessary documentation.
Hours: 10-15 hours to start, flexible scheduling, preferably 2-5 hours each day
Pay: $16-$18/hr
As a 1099 independent contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits. This role does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement plans, however access to discounted health plans are available. Your work hours will be flexible, allowing you to manage your schedule in a way that works best for you and the company.
