Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide data entry support and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and efficient database operations.
  • Onboard and train new hires, ensuring staff members are proficient in using Bonterra/Apricot Software.
  • Work closely with the Program Manager to develop and customize forms for data collection and reporting.
  • Design and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Maintain data integrity and security, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and implement database improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working with Bonterra and/or Apricot Software.
  • Strong knowledge of database management, data entry, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in developing forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ability to train and support new and existing users.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with nonprofits or social service organizations is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract


Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour


Expected hours: No more than 15 per week


Schedule:

  • Choose your own hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
