Key Responsibilities:
- Provide data entry support and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and efficient database operations.
- Onboard and train new hires, ensuring staff members are proficient in using Bonterra/Apricot Software.
- Work closely with the Program Manager to develop and customize forms for data collection and reporting.
- Design and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.
- Maintain data integrity and security, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Identify and implement database improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working with Bonterra and/or Apricot Software.
- Strong knowledge of database management, data entry, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in developing forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Ability to train and support new and existing users.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with nonprofits or social service organizations is a plus.
