Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data related to inventory, sales, and customer orders accurately into the database.
  • Verify and correct inaccuracies in data to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Assist in managing electronic records and filing systems for reports and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure data needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Generate reports to analyze trends in sales and inventory.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to data discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and database management systems.
